2003 Panel, National Science Foundation EAR Instruments and Facilities. 3 year rotation appointment From October 10 to 15th I served as the Geothermal Exploration and Technology Advisor to the Honorable Ochilo Ayacko, the Minister of Energy of Kenya, and Mr. Edward Njoroge, Managing Director of the Kenya Electricity Generating Company, on their official visit to the US and Mexico. I was responsible for conducting their information gathering tour to the Casa Diablo Geothermal Field in Mammoth, CA, and as their Science and Technology Advisor at a US State Department meeting during the Morlia, Mexico, Geothermal Resources Council Annual Meeting.
