Cas Cogswell

Research Project Manager

Cas Cogswell is the research project manager working on the America’s Promise Alliance. She has been employed with the Center since March 2008. Prior to employment with the Center, Cogswell was a planner/project manager with a private nonprofit organization in Seattle, Washington, where she developed and implemented employment and training programs within the state's workforce development system.

Cogswell received her MPA with a focus on employment and poverty policy from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and her B.A. in anthropology and history from Macalaster College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
