Greg Conforti

Intervention Coordinator

Gregory Conforti, intervention coordinator with Durham Connects, began work at the Center in July 2008. He serves as a liaison between community hospitals (Duke & Durham Regional) and the Durham Connects team at the Center.

Primary responsibilities include meeting with parents and their newborns to tell them about Durham Connects, answering any questions they may have, and scheduling an in-home nurse visit. Additionally, he oversees a post-visit connection survey procedure which evaluates the work done in-home.

Conforti is originally from New York and graduated from Duke University T’08 with a B.A. in psychology. As a student he was also a member of the men’s varsity soccer team and named to the ACC honor roll during the 2005-2006 season.
