Hillary H. Hood

Project Coordinator

Hillary Hood is the project coordinator of the Center’s evaluation of Alamance County’s effort to provide evidence-based services and support that will assist families in ensuring that their children are safe, emotionally and physically healthy, and ready for school. The project is entitled Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and Their Families (also known as Alamance Alliance for Children and Families).

Originally hired to work on the Systems of Care grant, she has also enjoyed assisting on several other grants and programs, such as the Hill Center evaluation, Multiple Response Systems and QuitAssist.

Hood graduated summa cum laude from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. in sociology and a minor in women's studies. She plans to attend graduate school in the near future.
