Annie L. Jones-Clement
Community Partner, Durham Family Initiative
Annie Jones-Clement, community partner for Durham Connects, has been with the Center since 2001. She is the coordinator for the GrandParent Mentoring Network of Durham. She recruits seniors 50 and over to mentor moms with newborns to provide a social support network and help them to improve their parenting skills.
Prior to coming to Duke, she was a group practice manager with the Robert Wood Johnson Community Group Program at Durham County Hospital Corporation and Huron Road Hospital in Cleveland. Jones-Clement is a Chapel Hill native and attended the University of North Carolina and Capital University in Columbus, OH.
