Kristy R Farrington

Project Coordinator

Kristy Farrington is a project coordinator for the BECOMING program, a system of care grant funded by SAMHSA. The project serves Durham youth with mental illness, ages 16-21.

Farrington graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina Central University with a master's degree in social work. She plans to apply for a Ph.D. program this fall. She is most interested in the African-American male/female relationship and its impact on family structure and familial relationships.
