Phil Nousak, a database analyst working with the Durham Family Initiative, joined the Center team in January 2010.
Prior to his position at the Center, he spent over 20 years as a consultant building and using databases for a variety of human resource-related projects. Among the areas addressed were litigation support in employment discrimination, affirmative action plans, workforce analytics and reporting, and data quality review.Nousak has a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Case Western Reserve University. He has enjoyed living in Durham since he moved here for graduate school at Duke where he received a Master’s degree in sociology.
