Areas of Interest:
Primate ecology and conservation
Hunting in the tropics
The African bushmeat trade
Wildlife survey techniques
Protected area management
Research Summary:
I am primarily interested in studying the impact of human hunting on primate populations in the tropics and understanding how primate species differ in their vulnerability to hunting. I am also interested in techniques to survey wildlife in tropical forests. My ultimate goal is to use my research to develop effective strategies to protect wildlife and wild habitats.
