    Abstract:
    The proceedings contains 25 papers from the conference of SPIE: Environmental Monitoring and Remediation III. The topics discussed include: near-field and far-field characterization of stratified chiral structures; sensors for chemical risk assessment; surface plasma resonance biosensor based on prism geometry; fiber optic multimeter for interrogating an array of absorption-based optochemical sensors; model-supported ranking of pesticides with regard to risk assessment exemplified in triazine compounds and fiber optic multimeter for interrogating an array of absorption-based optochemical sensors.
