    Abstract:
    The proceedings contains 43 papers. Some of the specific papers presented are: optical parametric oscillators for medical applications; new laser system for lightly sensitive clinical pulse oximetry; special investigation of somatotropin for different pH; differential NIR technique for tissue diagnosis; analysis of exhaled breath by laser detection; and ultrasound-modulated optical tomography for dense turbid media.
