    Organized and produced the Duke University Department of Music's first PRISM concert - an hour-long performance highlighting all seven of the Music Department Performing Ensembles. Presented in Baldwin Auditorium to an audience of 500 as part of Alumni Weekend.
  2. Adjudicator, Hong Kong Music Teachers Association, March, 2005.
    Resident adjudicator for two weeks.
  3. Planning committee member and coordinator for Hip Hop Global Flows, Duke University, February 17, 2003 - February 22, 2003.
    Co-organizer for this week long celebration of global hip-hop culture combining performances with scholarly exploration of hip hop, including Asian-American music, racial and gender stereotypes and the politices of Japanese hip hop. Presented in conjunction with Duke University Department of Music, Asian and Asian American Studies, African and African American Studies program, Women's Studies, Asian/Pacific Studies, Program in Literature.
  4. International Master Class Series, Duke University, 2000 - 2004.
    Developed idea for series of master classes given by international artists performing on the Duke Artist Series. Gained funding and organized 3 seasons of classes, bringing to the Music Department artists of the stature of Renee Fleming, and Christopher Parkening. Gained University funding to extend the classes into 2004-05.
  5. "Harmonious Relations: Women, Work, and the Life of Johannes Brahms", October 17, 1997 - October 19, 1997.
    Conceived, produced, and performed in this three-day "Festival of Music & Ideas" consisting of three formal concerts (involving Duke Music Department faculty, Duke Symphony Orchestra, Wind Symphony, and Chorale), a master class for Duke piano students, a graduate seminar, and a symposium presented by three distinguished guest speakers.
  6. "Art Song for AIDS", November 12, 1995.
    Conceived, produced, and directed this concert fundraiser for the Care Fund at the Duke Center for Infectious Diseases. Concert performers included seven singers, five pianists, the women of the UNC Chamber Singers, and six speakers. Production involved the commission of five new songs by local composers (Stephen Jaffe, Scott Lindroth, Robert Ward, Sidney Corbett, and T. J. Anderson) for the AIDS Quilt Songbooks, and obtaining a grant from the Mary Duke Biddle Foundation to bring in three renowned singers (James Maddalena, Kurt Ollman, and Andre Solomon-Glover).
