Bio/Profile
Anne is a Research Scholar at the Center for Health Policy and a Visiting Lecturer at the Duke Center for International Development. She is a health economist with over 20 years international consulting and research experience with a focus on health sector finance, health sector reform, HIV/AIDS and public policy. She has been a project manager for the WHO, the World Bank, and several US and European health sector consulting organizations. She taught at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of International Relations for five years, and has carried out international executive training programs for Harvard University and the World Bank. She received her PhD from the London School of Economics. Anne is the founder and President of Heath Strategies International.
