Developing new center on counterterrorism and domestic security issues jointly sponsored by Duke University, University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, and the Research Triangle Institute. Center will promote cross- disciplinary scholarship and develop public- private partnerships to address counter- terrorism and homeland security technology issues.
