M.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa with a dual focus in Teaching English and Spanish as second languages.
Master's thesis: Role of Attitudes and Motivation in Second Language Acquisition.
Interests include language learning methodologies, developing teaching materials, uses of technology in the classroom, and service learning pedagogy.

Currently working on a book for an Intermediate Spanish Program.
