Camille Chanod is a PhD candidate in French and Italian (Duke Romance Studies). In 2016, she graduated from the Université Paris Diderot with an MA in Film Studies. In France she worked for various film festivals. She also did interneships in production companies and at the Cinémathèque française. Her PhD dissertation focuses on the use of sound in 1970s French and Italian movies.
