Research Interests: Early Modern Culture and Literature

Current projects: Converting the Muslim World in Early Modern Spain, XVI-Century Court Drama in Spain., Music, Dance and Games in Spanish Court Drama.

I am interested in the development of court societies (royal and noble) in Spain from XV- to XVII-Century and their cultural expression such as Poetry, Music and Drama.
