  • Ph.D., Vanderbilt University, 2010
  • MA, Interdisciplinary Social and Political Thought, Vanderbilt University, 2007
Research Interests:

My research examines how political communities constitute themselves, and identify their members, in opposition to persons that they exclude or marginalize. As a political philosopher, I am most interested in the norms and ideals invoked to justify these acts.
