Kay Webb (M.F.A., Ohio University) has worked in many costume/prop shops including San Francisco Opera, Sante Fe Opera, St. Louis Repertory Theater, and Des Moines Metro Opera. Her responsibilities as costume supervisor are the acquisition, construction, and implementation of all costume elements for the Theater Studies Department. Recent costume designs for the Department of Theater Studies include Cloud 9 and Gint. Outside Duke, she spends time in her studio fiber painting and is an active member in SAQA helping to promote awareness of fiber painting to the public through galleries, shows, and other venues.
