Jerry Oster, Director of Arts & Sciences Communications and Development Communications
Jerry Oster came to Duke in September 1998 from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A graduate of Columbia University (BA, 1964), and a former journalist, Mr. Oster is the author of 17 novels and three stage plays. He lives in Chapel Hill with his wife, Trisha Lester, vice president of the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits.
