My dissertation research examines the intersection of social movements and U.S. national identity through environmental, labor, Native American, and feminist activism surrounding the construction of the trans Alaska oil pipeline in the 1970s. Sarah Deutsch is my primary adviser. Robyn Wiegman, Gunther Peck, and Dirk Bonker are on my dissertation committee.
