Current interests include the psychophysiological and psychosocial correlates of depression. this has involved using EEG and Evoked Potential (ERP) to investigate the brain's physiological response to ositive and negative feedback in depressed versus non-depressed individuals. My current work studies the predictive value of varying motivational orientations as a potential vulnerability for the development and maintenance of depression, with a particular bent on how these vulnerabilities may be more likely present in women.
