   Abstract:
   Amygdaloid lesioned rats were compared to cortically lesioned and normal rats in their level of shock-induced fighting behavior. The resultant fighting scores, as rated on a four point scale, showed no significant difference in aggressive behavior on the part of the amygdalectomized group as compared to the cortical and normal control groups.
