Research Summary:
I am interested in the development of racial identity in adolescence and the relationships between racial identity and academic and behavioral outcomes. I am currently working with multi-site data to better understand the trajectories of racial identity development in middle and high school students. In another project being conducted with researchers from UNC, we are assessing daily change of racial identity in adolescence using experiential sampling methods.
