Research Summary:
 Primary interest is in methods of coping with traumatic events as well as everyday stressors. Emotion regulation and thought control strategies are of particular interest. Dimensional models of psychopathology, individual differences in the desire for control, and the construction of meaning are also central research interests. Clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and personality disorders.
