The specific aims of this mixed methods study are: 1) Explore perceptions of support and resources identified by Black women living with T2DM. 2) Explore perceptions of support or resources described by Black women with T2DM related to socio-demographic variables. 3) Compare qualitative perceptions of support and resources identified by Black women living with T2DM and the quantitative measurement of social-ecologic resources used in self-management.
