    Abstract:
    Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a novel biomedical imaging technique which obtains subsurface tomographic images of internal tissue microstructure with high resolution (~10 microns in three dimensions) and high dynamic range (>95 dB). Here, longitudinal resolution enhancement has been achieved in optical coherence tomography using digital deconvolution methods
