   Abstract:
   Experimental procedure given using typical bleach formula with cotton; data are graphically presented showing decomposition of peroxide, evolution of oxygen, and consumption of oxygen as functions of time; it is indicated that oxygen balance data in conjunction with data obtainable by other known tests can provide insight into bleaching otherwise not obtainable.
