    Abstract:
In a randomized study of 236 pet animals, strong correlations between measured temperature minima and maxima and tumor and normal tissue effects were observed. These results reflect the importance of temperature gradient documentation. The author focuses on alternative methods of data documentation and analysis which he feels will lead to improvements in prognostication for hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy
