    Abstract:
The fabrication of bi-directional optical link using stacked thin film emitter and detector was presented. Both devices were separated from their growth substrate using thin film integration and a transfer diaphragm, and were bonded to the host Si substrate. Results showed that the dark current was 68 nA and the responsivity was 0.11 A/W.
