   Abstract:
   Static and sustained loading tests on fully prestressed and partially prestressed beams of rectangular section are described; 16 specimens were tested, 10 of semi-light weight concrete and 6 of ordinary concrete; results of static load tests, with special emphasis on deflections and cracks, are discussed and conclusions noted; comments are made concerning preliminary results of sustained load tests.
