    Abstract:
    According to the social exchange theory, the elderly and family members can be socialized pension institutions, establishing an exchange between countries, etc., in order to obtain long-term care social exchange services. This paper analyzes the Chinese rural elderly long-term care services, social exchange arrangements, that the elderly can be used for social exchange resources, including labor income, to give children free service, voluntary service given to the community, given the state tax or social insurance, with countries of particular value and can be exchanged for the exchange of commercial assets. Social exchange, including the elderly within the family exchange, social exchange, institutional exchange and voluntary exchange. Suggest that the state of various exchange supervision and management, improve the quality of social exchange.
