Berkeley S. Yorkery
Scientific Manager
Berkeley Yorkery joined the Center for Child and Family Policy as scientific manager in February 2020. In this role she supports researchers and faculty in developing, managing, and disseminating research and facilitating community partnerships.
Previously, Yorkery was the associate director of the North Carolina Institute of Medicine. While there, she developed and directed projects focused on a range of health policy issues, including developing healthy communities, child health and well-being, mental health and substance abuse, health care coverage, and other health issues affecting North Carolinians. Prior to joining the NCIOM, Yorkery worked on child and family policy in North Carolina as the director of data and publications at NC Child and nationally as a program analyst at Child Trends.
