    Highlight:
    Anne Pizer is currently a Director in the Monitoring and Evaluation Department at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a U.S. government, international development agency.  In this capacity, she develops monitoring and evaluation plans for large grants, in the hundreds of millions of dollars, to the government of El Salvador, the Philippines, Timor Leste and, in the past, with Nicaragua, Honduras, Ghana and Tanzania.  She has been at MCC since 2004.  Prior to MCC, Anne worked and lived in Mexico, Ecuador and Peru; working on microfinance and government transparency projects.  Anne graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied Spanish and Economics.   She earned her Masters’ of Public Policy at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government in 2000.
