    Highlight:
    Sarah Dickerson joined the Duke Center for International Development as an adjunct instructor in 2021. She has also worked as a postdoctoral research associate in the Center for Child and Family Policy since Fall 2019. Her research focuses on the impacts of maternal well-being on children’s health.  She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, where she worked as a pre-doctoral fellow at the Brookings Institution and consulted for the World Bank and the Carter Center. She currently investigates the effects of chronic residential mobility on children in Durham County and North Carolina more broadly.
