    Abstract:
    The structures and relative stereochemistries of rocaglamide, a novel antileukemic 1H-cyclopenta[b]benzofuran isolated from Aglaia elliptifolia, and dehydrorocaglamide, derived from rocaglamide, have been established from spectral and single-crystal X-ray analysis.
