Cody David is a PhD student (Hebrew Bible/Old Testament) in the Graduate Program in Religion. His dissertation focuses on economic metaphors for redemption and punishment/reward in Isaiah 40-66. He comes to Duke after earning his M.T.S at the University of Notre Dame and his B.A. at Ave Maria University.
