Research Interests: Modern France, history of philosophy and science

The history of the épistémologie tradition in France from the 1920s through the early 1960s. Specifically I focus on debates over the nature of reason as the evolved from interwar discussions of relativity and education reform to the structuralist rejection of progressive historical narratives.
