Shira Viel

I work primarily in introductory undergraduate mathematics education, including teaching, research, coordination, curriculum development, and assessment. I am devoted to making math as welcoming, inclusive and equitable as possible, and am a member of the 2020-2021 Duke Human Rights Center Teaching for Equity Fellows program.
