Research Interests: Scientific Computing and Computational Mathematics
The general area of my research interest is numerical methods for differential equations arising from science and engineering applications, such as computational fluid dynamics and computational biology/electrophysiology. My current specific research interests focus on adaptive and multiscale algorithms for reactiondiffusion equations, Cartesian grid methods for elliptic boundary and interface problems, and boundary integral methods accelerated by fast multipole algorithms.
