Research Summary:
I am interested in process of self-regulation, in which the self manages it behaviors, cognitions, and emotions. Specifically, my work falls into two distinct lines of research: self-control and self-concept. I am particularly interested in how social factors influence both processes of self-control and the organization of self-knowledge.
