   Abstract:
   A preliminary computer simulation of human motions in an impact environment has been carried out based on anthropometric and impact sled test data and used for duplicating and comparing dummy and human test results. Utilized in human tolerance test programs, the models also provide a rough guideline to estimate the added loadings which might be expected on the volunteers when impact velocity is increased during a test series.
