Laurence N. Bohs

My research involves designing and building novel devices to serve the needs of people with disabilities. These projects are completed by students in BME 260, or as independent studies. Dr. Bohs' students have won fifteen national awards for their devices from the NISH Workplace Technology Scholarship Competition, the Annual National Student Design Competition sponsored by the Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology Society of North America, and the Annual National Student Design Competition sponsored by the University of Florida, Gainesville.
