   Abstract:
   A macromodel of the prototype of memristor is developed in Advance Design System software (ADS) by using symbolically defined devices (SDDs). This model can simulate the electrical behaviors of a memristor. It is shown that the presented macromodel meets the requirements for simulations of application circuits. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
