   Abstract:
   The Report was Presented to the Government of Bolivia. It will serve as the basis for the analysis and changes in the regulatory regime regarding prices for landing, passenger fees, security and investemt to comply with international aviation norms. The Government received the report well and wanted to engage me in another study of the overall aviation industry serving Bolivia, but prior commitments and the demands on my time prevented me from accepting this offer.
