    Abstract:
The final chapter shares conversations arranged and conducted by Iyun Ashani Harrison and focused on ballet’s futurities. A transition between each conversation, called The Break, features an interview conducted one-on-one due to scheduling constraints. The first conversation includes choreographers Jennifer Archibald, Alonzo King, and Claudia Schreier. Following this discussion, there is a Break featuring Robert Garland. The second conversation presents scholars Dr. Clare Croft and Dr. Thomas F. DeFrantz, followed by a Break with Dr. Brenda Dixon Gottschild. The final section, a discussion among educators, begins with a Break that features Tai Jimenez, followed by a conversation with Keesha Beckford, Alicia Graf Mack, and Endalyn T. Outlaw.
