Director of RIPP- responsible for getting the program up and running. this has involved meeting with a variety of consituencies on campus and learning about all the initiatives which provide students with opportunities to be practically engaged in research activities. it has also involved vetting student proposals and working with them to refine the focus of their projects and then working to match them with faculty.
