Maria Chen

PhD Student (New Testament)
My current research interest focuses on the theme of weeping mothers in biblical narratives in dialogue with contemporary Chinese contexts. I am particularly drawn to the speech, silence, and action of mothers who grieve (potential) losses of their children.
