   Abstract:
   Sources of color in cotton are classified as dirt geometric, intrinsic and extrinsic; it is shown that only extrinsic color interferes with bleaching; by means of color evaluation with spectrophotometer, evidence is provided which shows that so-called unbleachable colorant is developed by fungi.
