   Depth profiling of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibers modified with trimethylaluminum (TMA) using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and atomic force microscope-based infrared spectroscopy (AFM-IR).
