   Abstract:
   Spectral shifting increases the axial image range of Fourier Domain Optical Coherence Tomography. Second measurement of the spectral interference after shifting by one-half pixel doubles the imaging range and increases the signal to noise ratio. ©2004 Optical Society of America.
